i feel like bitching about intolerance.im am so sick of people saying they are tolerate and then turn around and treat them like crap as soon as they are face to face with it. i can hope that one day everyone will just see that we are all the same in the end. human. until that changes lets all just try to get along.

well i cant finish your request. i decided to slice my thumb up and had to go to the doctor and the hospital and get glue apparently and a tetnus shot. hopefully the glue sticks and i dont have to get stitches. but its a long cut and deep at the top. but in a week a will draw it dear! i promise im sorry.

As I recall explaining previously, I work as a Graphic Designer at a UPS Store. We get very few really designy jobs in outside of the odd business card or poster. We mostly print things and so some knowledge of graphic programs is required to get this stuff set up. It’s very lax, which suits my socially anxious, easily stressed, and frequently sick self.

the main issue with people is that they always think they know better even if it isnt their trained proffession or otherwise. there is too many privoledged people in the world that think they are better or at least know better. also lots of places never think that extra work should cost more even if there is a change in place to use. when i was working at staples the managers would never let us charge the 20 dollar flat fee for things such as hand stapling 100 or more booklets, hand collating, desiging, etc. i think they are afraid that people wont want to pay it in the same way that people dont like to pay large fees for artwork. customers feel that the prices would be inflated and “do business elsewhere” even though they wouldnt. i understand who it can make someone feel useless when your hard work goes unnoticed and also ‘unpaid’. but hang in there dear because one day an amazing job will come your way. with terrific benefits XD.
